Hi, I'm Lindiwe — A Chief of Staff and executive operator  who takes something complicated and makes it executable.

I’m a Chief of Staff and executive operator with 15+ years of helping senior leaders close the gap between strategy and what actually gets done in complex, regulated organizations. Most recently at Venmo, I served as Chief of Staff to the CMO and led Growth Marketing Operations, while also acting as an AI Champions lead. Before that, I came up through marketing and communications, and I use it daily. It taught me to think about the audience before the answer: what they care about, where they’ll push back, and what they need to understand before they’ll act. That’s what makes a process stick, especially internally. I hold an MS in Healthcare Marketing and a PMP certification.

“Think about the audience, not just the answer.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, and it's one of my favorite ways to work. I take on fractional chief of staff and operations engagements, plus AI-enabled workflow builds for teams that want to stop doing things by hand. I also take on select marketing and design projects. If you need someone for a defined stretch, let's talk about what that looks like.

EEvery engagement is different, so I don't publish a rate card. Scope, timeline, and complexity all factor in — and I'd rather have a real conversation than hand you a number that doesn't fit your situation. Reach out and we'll figure it out from there.

I start by listening more than talking. Before I recommend anything, I want to understand what's actually broken — not just the symptom someone handed me. From there I look at the people, the process, and the tooling in that order, because most operational problems are people and process problems wearing a tooling costume. Then I build toward a solution that the team can actually maintain after I'm gone.

I handle the work between a leader's strategy and the organization actually doing it: planning, priorities, cross-functional programs, resource management, and the communication that gets people aligned. If something needs to happen and has no clear owner, it tends to end up with me.

Usually at an inflection point: a reorg, a new strategy, fast growth, or a big change that has to land with people who weren't in the room. The decisions are made, but the leadership team doesn't have the bandwidth to carry them out and bring everyone along. That's when you call me.

It's where I want to be long term. I have an MS in Healthcare Marketing from RIT and a personal reason for caring: complex systems make hard situations harder, and I'd like to help fix that. My operating experience comes from regulated, many-audiences organizations, and that translates.

If you're a leader in healthcare or health tech and you or the leadership team needs some mental real estate — I'd love to connect.
