Customer journeys
Project: Customer journeys are centric to good marketing. Using data driven decisioning and automation frameworks, my team and I created a customer journey for multiple products. Ideally, the customer converts after a single touchpoint. However, if that does not happen a second touchpoint is created. Once the customer converts, they move to the next product or receive nurture messaging to further build on the product relationship.
